Olivia and Nate got married in a small, intimate ceremony in the woods on her parents property. They they had a beautiful outdoor reception with close friends and family.
I had a wonderful time photographing Allie and Shawn’s wedding the other week. It was such a beautiful ceremony and obviously was made to be unique and special to both of them, as well as all of their close family and friends. The wedding took place at Brookside Church and the reception was at the Elks Lodge in downtown Chillicothe. I wish this couple the best of luck in their future endeavors!
Mersades & Jake’s relationship began at the same time their new church, The Gathering Place, was being built in Washington Courthouse. It’s only fitting that the church was finally completed in time for the Church’s first service to be their wedding.
Such a lovely ceremony between Tabitha and Everett Martin at Christ Brethren Church in Rubyville, Ohio. A lovely intimate ceremony, surrounded by friends and family. The highlight of the ceremony was Everett’s song as Tabitha walked down the aisle.
It might have been cold….and wet…..and dreary outside. BUT, it did not keep Shaina and Merf from knowing that the day was THE most important day of their lives. They stood in front of family and friends, and professed their love and commitment to each other, and it was beautiful. It was a moving ceremony and one I was grateful to be asked to capture. I just know these two are destined to live happily ever after.
Christina & Zeke were faced with a cold, January day for their unity ceremony at the Wellston Train Depot. That didn’t damper their spirits of the enthusiasm from their amazing friends. I was so thrilled to having been chosen to support their love story.

Nestled in their back yard, under the tree that’s decorated with big glowing bulbs and lovely ribbons of white fabric blowing in the wind. That’s where Rebecca and Tommy officially tied the knot in early December on a Thursday evening. It was just, the officiant and two other witnesses. The perfect intimate ceremony.
After double digit years of dating, some would say it was ABOUT TIME. But, if you ask them…it wasn’t too late, or too early. It was exactly the right time for them to commit their lives to each other. They had a close friend officiate the ceremony, using the personalized vows they worked on together. Rebecca and Tommy wore matching faux furs that worked perfectly to pull together this wintery tableau. All we needed now was snow. :)
I enjoyed a rainy, but beautiful ceremony at Pine Lodge on December 15th, 2018 with Nick and D’Lani Rinehart. It always makes me sad when a couple’s plans get hijacked by Mother Nature, but this young couple didn’t even seem to notice the downpour going on outside.
I knew from the minute saw D’Lani with Nick that the two of them were inseparable and meant to be together forever. The two of them just ooze love, wherever they go. I’m just so grateful that I had the opportunity to photograph that for them. <3
I’ve photographed Chanda’s brother, when he was a senior, so when her mother came to me to photograph her wedding, of course I was super excited to be there. I was also very happy to let them use my studio for their “getting ready” pictures. Was a treat!
I think you would be challenged to find a more spiritually connected couple than Danielle and Stefan. The bond these two share is truly beautiful and unique. I loved being a part of their day, and being able to see their blended families love and support each other.
The wedding took place at Brookside Church, in Chillicothe, Ohio and the reception was in the beautiful Madison on Paint building.
This was definitely a moving wedding. The ceremony and reception for Stephanie & Shawn Lathem’s wedding were held at The Pump House, in Chillicothe’s Yoctangee Park. My favorite part was when they both prepared to smash cake into each other’s faces….the look of of pure determination in each of their faces was priceless. Haha.
Incredible bridal couple pictures of Geri & Xavier in Hocking Hills, located in Logan, Ohio.
Katelyn & Nick celebrated their union with a nice intimate, family oriented ceremony and reception at a family property in Waverly, Ohio. The ceremony overlooked a manmade pond up on a hill. Only the most important guests were invited, including Bob, the neighbor’s sheep. The party really started to get going after the sun went down and the dollar dance began. Such a great time. I’m so grateful that I was asked to be a part of their special day.
What can I say? Their wedding weekend was nothing but non-stop fun. From the Rehearsal Dinner at Adena Mansion & Gardens, to the wedding at the Skocik family home, this couple and their family thought of every single detail and the whole weekend was perfect. Even the rain didn’t keep guests from celebrating Natalie & Drew’s union.
I have to admit, though, that other than getting to see Natalie & Drew get married, the highlight of my evening was getting to see Grandparents Connie & Al dancing together (scroll to the bottom to see the love). Second best moment was the choreographed dance between Diane and Drew. Too cute!
It was a very rainy day for Rachael & Alex’s wedding held at Alex’s family’s property in Bainbridge, OH. The rain didn’t keep everyone from having a great time and didn’t keep these soul mates from committing their lives to each other. We even got a stretch of about 30 minutes after the ceremony to run outside and get some family and bridal party photos.
Such a perfect little intimate ceremony at the Chillicothe Country Club late this summer. The weather was perfect, they guests were fun, and most importantly Julie & Robert were so deeply in love.
Christina & Shawn got married in the beautiful city of Columbus, Ohio. The ceremony was held at St. Margaret of Cortona church and the reception was held at the Boathouse at Confluence Park. I was so excited that we had time in between the ceremony and the reception because we had the opportunity to take some pretty cool pictures around the Ohio State University campus. Here are some of my favorites:
Carmen & Jared had a beautiful wedding day in Columbus at the Everal Barn & Homestead. I was so grateful to be a part of seeing my friend get married to such a perfect match. These two were most certainly meant to be together. My favorite moment was when she danced with her brother, and how they hugged and held each other close.
